Terms and Conditions for Workshop Refund
By registering for the Virtual Workshop on Driving Growth & Value in Manufacturing, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the $300 discount and refund guarantee:
Eligibility for Discount & Refund:
$300 Discount: Participants who complete the Manufacturing Value Score questionnaire before the workshop and attend the full 90-minute workshop will receive a $300 discount on the registration fee.
Refund Guarantee: After attending the workshop and completing the questionnaire, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the workshop fee, minus a 10% processing fee. This refund must be requested within 14 days after the workshop.
Attendance Requirement:
Participants must attend the full 90-minute workshop. Partial attendance or failure to attend the entire session will result in the forfeiture of the $300 discount and the refund guarantee.
Questionnaire Completion:
The Manufacturing Value Score questionnaire must be completed and submitted prior to the workshop. Failure to submit the questionnaire will disqualify the participant from receiving the $300 discount or the refund.
Refund Process:
Requesting a Refund: To request your refund, submit a request within 14 days of the workshop. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after your request.
Refund Amount: The refund will be 100% of the workshop fee minus a 10% processing fee, and will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
No refunds will be issued for:
Failure to complete the questionnaire or attend the full workshop.
Cancellations or non-attendance after the workshop has taken place.
Program Changes:
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the workshop if necessary. If the workshop is canceled, participants will receive a full refund regardless of attendance.
